Which appointment type should I book?

We offer two convenient appointment types to choose from which are both free: a twenty minute screening or a sixty minute comprehensive assessment. If you are experiencing signs of hearing loss, we recommend you book into a sixty minute appointment with an audiologist. If you are unsure of your level of hearing loss and wish to find out more, we recommend a twenty minute appointment, where one of our hearing care professionals will guide you through a series of simple audiometric tests to assess if you have a level of hearing loss.
