Refer a friend and you could be rewarded

At Amplifon, we are passionate about helping people understand how important it is to regularly check their hearing health. Simply visit your Amplifon home clinic to get a referral voucher that you can share with your friends and family. Once they've booked and attended their appointment with us, you could both receive a $50 e-voucher to spend at one of over 100 retailers or charities.

Make sure you follow these steps below!

Step 1

Visit any of our Amplifon clinic to get your unique AmpliRewards referral voucher. Share this with family and friends that you know can benefit from a FREE hearing test.

Step 2:

Get them to book their FREE hearing test at any of our 300+ clinics nationwide. When attending the appointment, ensure your friend or loved one brings along the referral voucher! This step is important so that we can process your $50 e-voucher reward. Your friend must also provide their email address or mobile number to be able to receive their reward.

Step 3

Our Amplifon clinic will submit your details for processing and you will receive your e-voucher via your registered email address or mobile number. And you're good to go!

*Both parties must provide an email address to be eligible. The referred person must be new to Amplifon and over the age of 18. Amplifon reserves the right to change or end the program without notice.

AmpliRewards Terms and Conditions

$50 e-voucher is redeemable when referred friend completes an eligible appointment and presents unique referral code in clinic.
Eligible appointment includes screening or advanced hearing assessment.
Appointment may be subject to triage and is not guaranteed.
Customer and friend must provide a valid mobile number or email address to keep on file in order to receive e-voucher.
Referred friend must be new to Amplifon and over the age of 60.
The e-voucher cannot be redeemable for cash and will be sent to each eligible person within 14 days of the referred friend’s appointment.

Unique referral code is valid for 3 months from issue date.
