Here's what we did in the stores to make sure you're safe in these days: all appointments are conducted in a safe clinical environment, as we only have one customer in at a time and seating areas, door handles are wiped down after every customer visit. Customers are welcome to use our hand sanitiser when in clinic.
Amplifon experts will comply with the Government guidelines to avoid crowdings inside the shops, always respecting the minimum distance of 1 meter among people.
We defined an extraordinary plan of activities to improve the hygiene of our Amplifon centers. Extraordinary sanitization measures were adopted, cleaning the surfaces several times a day. The disinfection concerns both the counter, the chair, the armrests and other places where the customer has placed his hands, and all the equipment used during the appointment (the otoscope, the headphones used, any cables).
Hearing checks will be exclusive and personal, as only you and your Amplifon expert will be in a safe, healthy and clean environment that will make you feel at home.
