COVID-19: Protecting Yourself and Others

Our pledge to you

Protecting the health and safety of our employees and clients is our number one priority as a company. As with all large organizations, we feel strongly about the social role we play in attempting to minimize the diffusion of potentially threatening infections. We are actively following the guidance of local and federal health officials, but we are also proactively taking steps internally to address this situation, including educating our employees about ways to protect themselves and others.

We also want to assure you of the measures we are taking inside our clinics to establish a safe and clean environment to provide your hearing care needs. These measures include:

  • Ensuring proper cleaning and sanitization of common surfaces and hearing care rooms between each client and throughout the day.
  • Ensuring our team members stay home if they are not feeling well and remain at home until cleared by a medical professional.
  • Adjusting schedules to create additional buffer times in between appointments, helping reduce person-to-person contact and allowing time for disinfecting procedures.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to our dedicated phone number: 1-888-309-0026.

Protecting yourself

  • Stop handshaking and use other methods of greeting
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoid touching your face and cover coughs/sneezes

Protecting others

  • Stay home if you are sick, except to get medical care
  • If you are sick: wear a facemask when you are around other people
  • Clean and disinfect surfaces that are frequently touched

Additional tips

  • Put distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community
  • If soap and water are not readily available for washing hands, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol
